When you are in the mood for Mexican food, you can make this easy Mexican rice recipe by adding any vegetables and spices.  The special thing about this recipe is that it takes only 30 minutes to make.  Whether you are a novice or a seasoned cook, this is an easy option for anyone. Honestly, the whole recipe is very easy and quick. I enjoyed these recipes, you will too.






 1. 1 cup basmati rice

 2. In 1 cup Raj

 3. 2-3 onions

 4. 1 cup American corn

 5. 7-8 garlic and

 6. 1/2 spoon ginger paste

 7. 2- tsp  Kashmiri Chilli Powder

 8. Salt -  as per taste

 9.  oil


 1. 3 tomatoes

 2. 3 onions

 3. 8-10 garlic

 4. 1/4 tsp oregano

 5. 1/4 tsp chili flakes

 6. 1 teaspoon of sugar

 7. 3 cups of water


 1. Soak basmati rice for 2 hours and make it loose

 2. Soak in Raj for 6 hours

 3. Then boil in Rice, also boil corn

 4. Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan

 5. When the oil is hot, add 2 finely chopped onions and fry them, add ginger and garlic paste.

 6. Add boiled corn kernels

 7. Fry for 5 minutes

 8. Add Kashmiri chili

 9. Drain the water in the boiled raj and keep it dry

 10. Add basmati rice

 11. Mix well

 12. Top with a pinch of oregano


 1. Finely chop 3 onions, 3 tomatoes, and 8-10 cloves of garlic.

 2. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan

 3. Heat the oil and add finely chopped onion, tomato, and garlic

 4. Keep on low heat for 10 minutes

 5. After it rises properly, adds 3 cups of water

 6. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano to it and boil for 10 minutes.

 7. Mexican rice can be garnished with cheese and shredded cabbage.
