Bread Halwa

It is very popular in India and Tamil Nadu and is prepared using bread, sugar, and a mixture of ghee. It is usually served at Muslim weddings. This recipe lacks the luggage from your house. Bread halva is one of the most popular desserts.

Bread cubes are first fried or baked in the ghee and then cooked with milk and sugar. It gives a nice taste of baked pieces in the ghee and it becomes less sticky.

I have never tried this bread halwa before, but I'm sure it will be the same as the test of wheat halva.

The way of making bread halva is similar to most halva. This halva can be made in two ways - with milk and water. You can also create this sweet dish when friends or guests come home. I enjoyed these recipes, you will too.

Bread halwa

 2. Cutting of dry fruits

 3. 1 teaspoon Charoli

 4.  1 spoon of ghee

 5. 1/2 cup of milk

 6. 1/3 cup sugar

 7. 1 spoon of cream

 8. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

9. 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder

1. First cut the edge of the bread, then cut it into small pieces.

2. Then take a spoonful of ghee in a pan and fry the bread pieces on medium heat till they turn pink and take them out on a plate.

 3. Now take a spoonful of ghee into a hot pan, add the chopped dry fruits and charoli to it and fry it, then add pieces of bread roasted in ghee and stir them slightly.

4. Then add milk, cream, sugar, cardamom nutmeg powder and mash the bread pieces and keep stirring.

5. Turn off the gas when it becomes nice and thick.
